What if a Salesperson/Associate who is already a Top Producer User joins my Agency? Broker Tools is an administrative Top Producer module available to Corporate Subscribers of 3 or more licenses It allows an Agency/Brokerage to "publish" customised Corporate Communications Libraries, Activity Plans and other Marketing materials making them available to individual Agents operating otherwise independant databases. It allows Corporate Assistants to be granted access to multiple databases
A Corporation can subscribe to both Agent and Assistant licenses on its own account and grant "use" of those licenses to employed or contracted users. These subscriptions remain the financial responsibility of the Corporation. The Agent or Assistant cannot take the subscription with them when they leave the Corporation. The Corporation may either re-assign the license or, if beyond the initial 12 subscription period, cancel it.
Because Top Producer is a recognised Industry Standard, a Corporation can "invite" existing Individual, Team, or Partnership Top Producer subscribers to "join" or become part of their Corporate umbrella, providing access to the Corporate Communications Libraries, Activity Plans and other unique Marketing materials. If the subscription is owned by the Agency, then the Corporation may either re-assign the license or, if beyond the initial 12 subscription period, cancel it. If the subscription is owned by the Salesperson i.e they are an "invitee", they retain their independant subscription(s). However, they would no longer have access to the Corporate Communications Libraries, Activity Plans and other Marketing materials.
Customised Communications Libraries, Activity Plans and other Marketing materials created in an Individual, Team, or Partnership subscription CANNOT be "published" to a Corporate environment and remain the "property" of the subscriber.
